The house is very close to Jersey City and Hoboken (9th street light rail ) and the NJ Transit 123 bus to NYC stops right on the corner. We both work in the city and commute, it's only a 15 minute bus ride to Port Authority. The apartment is in a 2 family home, we keep it super clean, we're in our early 20s, pretty quiet, laid back, hard working people. Looking for someone who is the same. Perfect for a college student.
